An in-person activity lets you share playing situations, observe and practise with other players. Each proposal must define its format and participants.

Distinguish the formats
A meetup may focus on playing and sharing observations; a themed practice session on repeating a situation; a multi-day experience on connecting learning, practice and review.

What to check before taking part
Review objectives, requirements, dates, location, inclusions and conditions. If professional involvement is advertised, it must identify who is taking part and what work they offer.
