Purpose

The website provides development resources and tools, allows enquiries and gives access to contracted online services when they are shown as available. Sending an information form or applying to join the Club does not in itself create a contract, reserve a place or incur a charge.

Club Pickleball Pair Performance

The Club is a private online service. Admission, acceptance of the current terms and payment are separate steps. Before payment starts, you are shown the total price, billing frequency, applicable contractual documents and consents that must be accepted. Paid access is activated only when Stripe confirms the subscription through its systems; returning from a success page does not grant access.

The specific membership terms, including duration, cancellation, immediate provision and withdrawal rights, are provided in a versioned document before payment. This general legal notice does not replace those specific terms.

Intellectual property

PPP’s own content is distinguished from third-party sources and materials, which retain their authorship and terms of use. The credits and licences stated for each resource must be respected. Editorial selection does not imply collaboration with, or endorsement by, the cited authors.
